The order processed slower than I expected, so reading between the lines, I figured there may have been a delay on their end. It did arrive in the end though, so overall it worked out

I’ve ordered from vapewholesaleusa.com a few times now, and to be fair, every order has gone smoothly. Tracking updated like it should, and my packages showed up when they said they would. I haven’t had any missing items or random delays so far, which I definitely appreciate. I can only speak from my own experience, but they’ve been reliable for me.

"Return was smooth overall 🙂"
I had to return an item because I accidentally ordered the wrong one. I emailed Vapor Wholesale USA and they got back to me the next day with the steps. The return form was simple enough, but I did have to pay for shipping it back, which was a little annoying 😅 Tracking showed it arrived on Friday, and the refund hit my card about 5 business days later. Not the fastest process ever, but they did exactly what they said they would, so it’s 4 stars from me!

They usually have roughly the vapes and flavors I’m looking for, which is always nice. A couple things were out when I stopped by, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall, I’d say their inventory is good most of the time.

They did eventually reply, but it took longer than I expected. What bothered me more was that the response felt kind of vague, like they were making promises without really explaining what would happen or when. Not the worst experience, but definitely a bit frustrating.

They do have a decent variety, so I’ll give them that. I was able to find a few options that looked interesting. My only issue is that some of the descriptions and promises felt kind of vague, like they kept saying things would be “better” or “premium” without really explaining what that meant. Overall, not bad, but I wish they were more specific about what you’re actually getting

I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and overall I’ve been happy with everything. The flavors taste fresh, the devices have worked fine, and I haven’t had any leaking issues so far. I was in a good mood when my last order showed up, though I did notice one box was a little dented. Luckily, everything inside was totally fine. I’d definitely use them again.

I used a discount code and it did go through, so that part was fine. The final price was decent after the promo, but the deal details were confusing. I felt a bit misled because the terms weren’t shown clearly upfront. It would’ve been a much better experience if everything was explained more plainly before checkout

My order arrived, but one of the items was missing. I reached out by email, and while they did eventually respond, it took a bit longer than expected to get a clear answer. I felt like I had to keep following up to move things along. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely a bit frustrating and could’ve been handled more smoothly.

"Great Packaging and Worth Ordering From"
I ordered from vapewholesaleusa the packaging was better than I expected. Everything was wrapped properly, nothing was crushed or leaking, and the whole order looked clean when I opened it. I’ve had vape products arrive messy from other places before, so this felt like a much better value and a more reliable experience. Nothing fancy, just packed the way it should be. 5 stars from me.

Overall, the order was fine. I did have to wait a bit for the tracking info, which made me wonder if I’d missed an email or something, but it came through eventually. After that, the updates were clear enough and the package arrived when it said it would. Not flawless, I guess, but customer service did get back to me, and that counts for something. I’d probably order again.

"Missing Item, But They Fixed It"
One of the items wasn’t in my order when it showed up, which was a bit frustrating since I was expecting everything together. I sent them an email with my order number, and I think it was about a day before they got back to me. They ended up shipping out the missing item and sent tracking for it, so it worked out in the end. Not totally perfect, but they handled it without making it a whole thing. I’d give it 4 stars...

I ordered a bunch of stuff, and once the discounts kicked in, I ended up saving more than I thought I would. it was a nice surprise. I remember sitting there with a half-melted popsicle next to my laptop, double-checking the total because I thought I’d read it wrong.
